Cash on Delivery

Cash On Delivery payment is only available within Egypt

Instapay option is only possible if notified via @theselffish.co or theselfishshop@gmail.com within 1 hour of ordering.


Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple, all you need to do is contact us via email on theselfishshop@gmail.com​ or Instagram @theselffish.co and let us know your inquiry. We will immediately send you our courier to pick up the items. 

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a clothing item in an unused state and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, the client handles the shipping costs. Scrunchies, pillowcases, etc are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will check it and send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and the amount you paid will be transferred to your bank account.

Note: transfer may take up to three days to be officially posted at your account.

Exchanges

For exchanging your item, please send us an email with your inquiry. We will send you our courier to pick it up*. Once received we will check it, and then ship your desired new item.

*Shipping charges are applied
